Pamela Pollara, Ph.D., CPLP

Dr. Pamela Pollara is an expert in learning, leadership, and research. She has over 15 years of experience developing personal and professional training programs.

Most recently, Dr. Pollara served as a learning and development executive for a major U.S. airline. She has also worked on a variety of performance improvement projects for The United States Coast Guard, The Department of State and The Department of the Interior.

Dr. Pamela Pollara holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Research with a specialization in Educational Technology from Louisiana State University. She also holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Duquesne University where she graduate summa cum laude. She is certified as a CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) Dr. Pollara has also won two International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Awards of Excellence for Outstanding Human Performance Interventions and was recognized with a Letter of Appreciation by the United States Coast Guard for her work at  USCG Training Center Cape May.
